An economical and worry-free point level control, Monitor’s Tilt Switches are a great fit for high level indication of bins and open piles.  With one (1) moving part, the tilt switch is a reliable, maintenance-friendly unit.  Inside the housing a ball sits on top of a switch.  When material rises up to the tilt switch and causes it to ‘tilt’ 17° the ball rolls off the switch, which sends a signal indicating the presence of material.  Available in standard and explosion proof units to suit all applications.
