Magnetic Separation Pulleys continually remove and dispose of tramp metal from belt conveyed material.  Generally installed as a head pulley, the magnetic field holds onto the ferrous material, and pulls it under the belt where it is dropped form the magnetic pull into a tramp metal collection bin or chute.  Non-ferrous material (the pure product) is conveyed unaffected by the process.
