The Extractor and Split-Flow magnets are built for high-volume, dry material processing.  Minimal product intrusion keeps your material flowing at the desired rate, while still protecting your equipment and removing unwanted ferrous material.
Split-Flow Magnets

Split-Flow Magnets

The Split-Flow design is used in gravity or choke fed applications, in vertical chutes.  When material gets to the inlet of the unit, it is immediately directed towards the magnetic fields.  3 parallel magnets create 2 compartments where the ferrous material is separated from the usable product.  Available in Self-Cleaning and EZ-Cleaning models for scheduled, automatic cleaning, or manual cleaning.

Extractor Magnets

The Extractor Magnet works much like the Split-Flow model, but has only 2 parallel magnets within the unit.  A spreader-bar directs the material flow towards the magnetic fields, entrapping ferrous material found in the product.  Available in Self-Cleaning and EZ-Cleaning models for scheduled, automatic cleaning, or manual cleaning.
