Construction

Compare the welding procedures, metal thickness and flanges.  Many competitors will bend their sheet metal sides for flanges.  lean Air Technologies provides angle irons for all flanges, to ensure proper connections from one plenum to the next.

Tube Sheet with Pulse Pipes
Tube Sheet is fabricated of Structural Steel with ¼” x 4” angle iron every 4’ to prevent tube sheet from warping by operators walking on the tube sheet.  Warping must be prevented as it will lead to dust leaking past the filters.
